Due to another recent focus of wonderful development work specifically centred around ease of use and to make Youmanage more rewarding and intuitive, we’ve changed the ‘Landing Pages’ associated with the HR, Manager and Employee (self-service) user roles.
A selection of key ‘dashboard components’ are published to users, all with useful permission-based filter capabilities and are each designed to provide a summary of information. These are all very self-explanatory and currently include:

Add an Employee Record a Leaver Add a Document Add a File Note Add an Absence Absence Planner We’ve also created a new component beneath Company News, called Resources, where you can create web links to your chosen sites e.g. Company Intranet, CIPD, ACAS etc.
