In light of the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19, we wish to advise that our overriding priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees, as well as the continuity of the services that we provide to our customers.
We have always invested heavily in our IT and operational capabilities so that customers and all other stakeholders can be assured of our commitment to managing disruptive business events such as the current Coronavirus outbreak.
Our nominated internal response team is keeping pace with the situation as it is evolving and will ensure seamless operations throughout. This includes upholding provisions for all team members to be properly equipped with the technology and supplies needed to remain operational at all times.
Over the last two weeks, we successfully tested our ability to deliver all of our services remotely, including the capability to monitor and maintain our hosted environment and the Youmanage platform remotely and securely. We have provided employees with the tools necessary to deliver their duties from remote locations.
We will follow the guidance being issued by public health bodies and will react to all advice and recommendations as required. As such, as of Monday 16th March, we have increased the number of staff working remotely and have segregated our workforce into teams that can operate from individual remote locations, thereby minimising the risk of collective infection or cross-contamination.
We will continue to closely monitor this issue, will keep you informed of any significant changes to any of our imposed procedures, and we will continue to serve our customers in the normal ways.
Lastly, we understand that many of our customers may already be adversely affected by a downturn in business caused by COVID-19, some disruption to your supply chains or your ability to trade, or due to issues surrounding your workforce. We are available to talk with you about how your Youmanage platform can assist with employee-related matters, whether that be revised policy communication, categories of absence recording or pay-related data reporting.
We look forward to supporting you through this challenging time and should you have any questions or require any further information at this stage, then please get in touch with us.
