One of the primary drivers for developing a brand-new version of Youmanage was the fact that mobile devices are now overtaking traditional desktop machines as the most popular way of consuming online information.
We always work hard to keep up with the latest trends in technology. We’re retiring the antiquated and cumbersome Microsoft Asp.net WebForms technology, which was originally designed to emulate the traditional desktop experience on the web, and instead, are updating Youmanage to take advantage of Microsoft’s newest web frameworks.
From top end 4k monitors, all the way to a smartphone, your Youmanage HR system will look great and perform perfectly from anywhere. Whilst our clients will warmly welcome the changes, we ourselves benefit as it makes the application even easier for us to develop even more functional capabilities.
Within Version 4, the main user landing pages provide a more intuitive, engaging and graphical insight into key HR metrics, with drill down capability providing more detailed data views and clients continue to be able to apply their chosen colour theme.
As well as this, the capability to perform employee surveys will be integrated into the new version, allowing HR managers to engage better with employees, define and locate pain points and increase their overall happiness within your company.
